KPMG 2026 (UK) Video Interview Real Samples

KPMG has switched to the SHL platform, and the VI has been completely revamped. Unlike previous years, which required responses to very specific work scenarios, this year's questions are primarily motivational and competency-based.

There are 6 questions, which are not universal across positions. You have 2 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. Each question contains at least 2 sub-questions, so the volume of questions is quite substantial.

Here’s an example of an actual question:

How do you feel when you are given responsibility for delivering something important on your own? What kind of goals or challenges get you most motivated, and why?
