RSM 2026 (UK) Consulting Assessment Center

There are three main assessment centre activities: a group diary exercise, a written exercise, and a skills based interview. Please note that assessment centre activities may vary depending on the role.

1.Diary Exercise

In the group diary exercise, participants discuss and agree on three decisions together, with one person recording the final decisions in a single Miro diary before the group presents the plan to the assessors.

2.Written Exercise

The written exercise requires candidates to draft an email to their line manager within 20 minutes, based on the diary exercise they have just completed.

3.Skills Based Interview

The skills based interview lasts approximately 30 minutes and includes both behavioural and technical questions.
