Each offers six answers; select the option that best mirrors what you’ve actually done.
Purpose: lets you highlight real achievements and situations you’ve faced.
4. Describe Your Approach
55 pairs of behaviour statements.
For each pair, choose the one that sounds more like you and indicate how often you act that way.
Purpose: explores your behavioural style and time-management habits.
5. On-demand Video Interview
Unlocks once the four sections above are complete.
Three questions in total. You have up to three minutes of recording time per question.
