Blackstone (UK) 2026 Video Interview

The second-round assessment at Blackstone is a Pymetrics Interview, consisting of four questions. You are given 3 minutes to prepare and up to 1 minute to respond to each question. The questions are the same across different roles.
In addition to common motivational and competency-based questions, the interview also assesses professional and analytical skills. The questions are closely related to Blackstone’s core businesses—for example, you may be asked to choose a company or a real estate asset as an investment opportunity. It is therefore recommended that candidates familiarize themselves in advance with some of Blackstone’s past projects and investments.
