The BDO Assessment Center consists of two parts: Case Study and Group Exercises,
Case Study
35 minutes to review materials and complete writing.
15 minutes for preparation in the pre-catch up, which includes pre-work, error identification, and follow-up.
Group Exercises
Each person will be assigned a different theme, 20 minutes of preparation.
You will have 4 minutes to introduce your assigned material.
Following 30 minutes – Time for a group discussion.
Following 6 minutes – Time for a group presentation.
There are 8 materials in total: Ease of Access, Potential Grants, Customer Insights, Technology, Employee Wellbeing, Competitors, Market Share, and Invest in Talent. In the official assessment center test, each group typically consists of 6 people and will receive 6 materials randomly selected from these 8 options.
