The assessment isn’t timed, but it should be finished in one sitting. It covers different workplace situations and includes an SJT, a personality test, and an NRT.
1.Situational Judgement Test
Here is an actual sample for situational judgement test. You need read some materials before answering these questions.
2. Personality Test
You should drag the slider to the position along the scale which best describes your preferred way of working, You may drag the slider to any position you like, but make sure that you either click on it or move it from its starting position first.
The next 8 questions ask about the combination of your ability to do things and how much you enjoy doing them. The rating scale allows you to choose any response option from 1 to 7. Each response option has its own label to describe what that response means.
3. Numerical Reasoning Test
This section consists entirely of math problems, including simple chart analysis and calculations. You will be shown 13 questions in total, with each question appearing on a separate page. On each page, there will be an information source and a question related to this source below. The questions are untimed.
