There are 3 parts in assessment center: Group Discussion, Written Response and 1v1 Interview.
Group Discussion
The first stage is a group discussion with other candidates. Discuss and agree what to measure, how to communicate it and how to encourage more volunteers to take part.
Written Response
The background of the writing task is a company called "Legal Co." facing some business challenges. The materials contain a lot of qualitative information, and you are required to write a summary based on the materials.
1v1 Interview
This stage is a one-on-one interview. The interview lasted 30–40 minutes.
