FCA (UK) 2025 All Role Applied Video Interview

You solve the problems in different work situation, which mainly consists of situational judgement test (SJT), video questions and written questions.


1. Situational Judgement Test

Situational judgement tests assess your ability to choose the most appropriate action in workplace situations. The assessment is designed to assess how you would handle situations that you could encounter in the job you are applying for.

2. Video Questions

There are 2 video questions in total (with 2.5 minutes for preparation and 2.5 minutes for answering each). One is a motivational question, and the other presents a work scenario, asking how you would handle it.

3. Written Questions

There is 1 written question, with a word limit of 250 words. You need to write a report based on the given information.
