There are 3 parts in assessment center: Group Discussion, Partner Interview and Individual Assessment.
Group Discussion
The group discussion involved six candidates, with two assessors observing the entire process. Candidates will be assigned to different projects and will be required to first introduce their own materials, then work together to discuss how to implement the initiatives.
The topic was to select the most suitable type of project for the client’s future development. Midway through the discussion, the assessors introduced an “unexpected situation”: the client had just completed a merger with an electric charging-pile installation company, and we were required to adjust our approach accordingly.
Individual Assessment
The total duration is 45 minutes.You are in control of how you use this time, but as a guide we suggest: Approximately 25 minutes to review the information provided and to answer the numerical questions presented. Approximately 20 minutes to prepare a written submission for this exercise.
Partner Interview
This stage is a one-on-one interview with a Partner. The interview lasted 30–40 minutes, covering past experiences and motivations.
