The assessment consists of workplace scenarios and SHL general ability.
1. Workplace Scenarios
In this test, you will be presented with 12 scenarios that reflect working life Boots. For each one, you are asked what you would do. For each scenario, you should say which of the four options you would be most likely to do, and then which you would be least likely to do.

2. General Ability
The assessment time is 36 mins. In this test, you will be using you problem solving, numerical, and reasoning skills. You will be asked to analyse scenarios, interpret provided information, identify patterns and sequences, perform numerical calculations, and draw logical conclusions.
2.1 Type A - Calendar and daily Planner Questions
Sample Question:
Schedule the following tasks, taking into consideration that Hamish has asked to meet at 4:30 p.m. for 30 minutes and a one-hour File Merge task has been put on your calendar at 11:30 a.m., which you must complete before Coffee with Jeremy. Training should be scheduled as late as possible.

2.2 Type B - Labelling and sorting
