The assessment includes Work-related Behaviour, Deductive-logical Thinking, Inductive Reasoning, gridChallenge, motionChallenge and Language Skills.
1. Work-related Behaviour
36 questions with no time limit. The main focus is to see if your values align with the company culture. Each question presents three statements, rated from 1 to 6, and you select based on your own situation.
2. Deductive-logical Thinking
The more you complete within 6 minutes, the better, with higher accuracy. The questions are somewhat like Sudoku, testing your logical reasoning skills. The rule is that no duplicate shapes can appear in any row or column. Based on this rule, deduce the shape for the "?" position. The difficulty increases gradually, and if you answer incorrectly, the next question might be slightly easier.
3. Inductive Reasoning
Again, complete as many as possible within 6 minutes with higher accuracy. The questions present two graphics, and you need to identify their common features, then select the two graphics with the same characteristics from four options. If a question seems too difficult, you can skip it to avoid wasting time.
4. gridChallenge
6 minutes. The task is to remember the correct sequence of circles while completing various small tasks. The circles appear for about 3 seconds, and the tasks appear for roughly 8 seconds. You need to complete the task within 8 seconds while remembering the circle sequence and then reproduce it.
5. motionChallenge
Complete as many levels as possible within 6 minutes. The goal is to move the red ball to the exit (black hole) with the fewest steps. Gray obstacles cannot be moved. Every step counts. If you can't find a way out, you can skip it to avoid getting stuck.
6. Language Skills
Three types of questions, 10 minutes total. Question type 1 is selecting words to fill in the blanks (4 minutes), question type 2 is finding synonyms (4 minutes), and question type 3 is selecting correctly spelled words (2 minutes). If you're unsure of the answer, you can choose the "?" option.
