This assessment evaluates candidates across four key areas: Personality, Cognitive Ability, Numerical Reasoning.
1. Personality Questionnaire
The Personality test involves selecting "most like me" and "least like me" options to gauge your personality traits and team adaptability.
2. Cognitive Ability
The section consists of 5 blocks of questions with 2 to 3 questions in each block, and should be completed in one sitting.
For each question, you'll be given a number of options from which you should choose one correct answer. Select your answer from the available responses before clicking next to proceed to the next question. You may also use a pen and paper to note down any workings.
3. Numerical Reasoning Test
The Numerical Reasoning Test requires interpreting five numerical charts and tables to answer 15 questions, with timing tracked though no strict limit applies.
