GIC (Global) 2026 All Roles Applied Online Assessment

GIC requires applicants to complete an Online Assessment before finishing the application. The assessment is conducted in a conversational format, where 50 questions are randomly selected to be completed quickly. The total completion time is 12 minutes, meaning each question should be answered in about 15 seconds. The questions cover graphic logic, numerical reasoning, and language comprehension, and there are roughly three main types of questions.
1. Numerical Reasoning Test
This section includes numerical reasoning, size comparison and calculation questions.
Find the pattern:
Number reasoning will give a series of numbers, you are asked to find the pattern to supplement the series of numbers, the difficulty of the topic is low.

Size comparison:
You are given four options and asked to choose the smallest value, which is less difficult.

Calculation questions:
Compared with the first two types of questions, it takes longer, but the calculation is not very difficult, there will not be a lot of curves and roundabouts.

2. Logical Reasoning Test
This part mainly includes 3 types of questions.
Find the pattern:
Given 3 figures, find the pattern, choose the next figure that conforms to the pattern.

Analogical questions:
Given a group of figures (there are two figures), there is a certain logical relationship between the two figures, so that you can infer the logical relationship within the group to choose the next group of figures in line with the logical relationship.

Finding Differences:
Given two figures that have something in common, you are asked to find the figure that does not share the same pattern as the two figures.

3. Verbal Reasoning Test
This part mainly includes 3 types of questions.
Analogy questions:
Given a group of words, the group of words have some kind of logical relationship between the words, let you according to identify the logical relationship from the options to select the words with the same relationship, the difficulty is moderate.

Antonyms:
You are given a word and asked to choose its antonym, which is a bit difficult.
Logical Reasoning Questions: Give a paragraph of hypothetical conditions and conclusions, let you determine whether the hypothetical conditions can be inferred to the conclusion, difficult.

Verbal reasoning questions:
Give a paragraph of hypothetical conditions and conclusions, let you determine whether the hypothetical conditions can be inferred from the conclusion, more difficult.
