Attention to all applicants! The OT for EY-Parthenon is indeed different from other EY positions, testing only two types of questions: Critical thinking and Numerical Reasoning Test.

1. Critical Thinking

Success in this role demands strong critical reasoning and decision-making skills. You’ll encounter a series of short questions assessing four key abilities:

Drawing conclusions
Evaluating evidence
Identifying assumptions
Assessing arguments

Each section includes two pages with 3–5 questions, where you’ll select one of two provided options.

While the test is untimed, most candidates complete it in 15–20 minutes.

2. Numerical Reasoning Test

This section consists of 14 questions evaluating your ability to analyze and interpret numerical data from tables and graphs—skills essential in today’s workplace.

Time-recorded (not time-limited): You can take as long as needed, but both accuracy and speed impact your final score.
