The assessment includes personality questionnaire and numerical reasoning test. Practice questions and further instructions on how to complete the assessment are included at the beginning of each section. This assessment is split into two sections. Please complete all sections as quickly and accurately as you can.
1. Personality Assessment
The personality assessment is designed to help understand your preferred style at work and the key factors that energise you in a work context.
2. Learnability Assessment
This component assesses your ability to acquire new knowledge and apply this to new problems. The assessment consists of 5 blocks of questions with 2 to 3 questions in each block, and should be completed in one sitting. Please note that questions within each block are interconnected.
Timing: Please note that although this section is timed, it will not be time limited and there is no timer displayed on the screen. You can take as long as you need to answer each question but the amount of time taken to respond will be recorded. A combination of accuracy and time taken to respond will be used to calculate the final results. You will therefore need to work both quickly and accurately as you complete the questions.
