Deutsche Bank's OT has completely changed the questions this year! The question types are divided into situational tests, personality tests, and ability tests.
1. Situational Judgement Test
Situational judgement tests assess your ability to choose the most appropriate action in workplace situations. The assessment is designed to assess how you would handle situations that you could encounter in the job you are applying for. Here is an actual sample for situational judgement test that asks you to rank 5 options.
2. Personality Test
The questions require you to move the dots on the horizontal axis left and right. You should dag the slider to the position along the scale which best describes your preferred way of working, You may drag the slider to any position you like, but make sure that you either click on it or move it from its starting position first.
3. Ability Tests
3.1Numerical Reasoning Test
This section consists entirely of math problems, including simple chart analysis and calculations. You will be shown 6 questions in total, with each question appearing on a separate page. On each page, there will be an information source and a question related to this source below. The questions are untimed.
3. 2 Critical Reasoning Test
You will be shown 16 questions in total, involving reasoning based on text to draw conclusions. On each page, there will be an information source and a question related to this source below. The questions are untimed.
3.3 Logical Reasoning Test
You will be shown 6 questions in total, identifying patterns in graphics and determining the next graphic.
