This assessment evaluates candidates across 3 key areas: personality questionnaire, verbal and numerical skills assessment.
1. Personality Questionnaire
You are shown a statement, and you choose how much you agree with it on a 5-point scale. There usually isn’t a “correct” answer. You simply pick the option that best matches your typical feelings or behavior.
2. Verbal Skills Assessment
There are 16 questions in this test, each of which is based on the verbal information at the top of each page. There is a time limit of 11 minutes for this test. You must read this information and answer the questions about by using these rules:
• Click True if the statement is True from the information given.
• Click False if the statement is False from the information given.
• Click Cannot Say if you Cannot Say for certain from the information given whether the statement is true or false.
3. Numerical Skills Assessment
There are 16 questions in this test, each of which is based on the numerical information at the top of each page. There is a time limit of 20 minutes for this test. You must read this information and answer the questions. For each question, five different answers are given. Only one of these answers is correct.
